1. Who can use MyPerson

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. MyPerson is not directed to children.

2. What MyPerson is

MyPerson provides an AI companion for conversation and company. It is not a therapist, medical device, crisis line, emergency service, or productivity tool. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use MyPerson for anything unlawful.
No sexual content involving minors, and no content that sexualises minors.
No harassment, threats, or attempts to generate harmful instructions.
Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Your content and safety

You are responsible for what you send. We screen messages for safety and may block content or surface crisis resources. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel any time from your account. Prices and features may change with notice.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI responses may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; we do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
